    Abstract: The high performance ARM CPU LPC2214 was used as the controller, the embedded real time operation system μC/OS-II was adopted to manage the multiple tasks and the specific power measurement chip ATT7022 was used to implement a smart meter scheme. The system's main functions are: power down alarm and power supply restoration information confirming; real-time power data acquisition and control; remote programming set and software upgrade; provide bidirectional metering, can support distributed generation users; power quality monitoring; support remote time synchronization, programmable twoway communication (wired and wireless); can limit power load in accordance with the response requirements side.
