Abstract: A class age-structured SEIR epidemic model with impulsive vaccination and saturation infectious rate was formulated. The existence of diseasefree periodic solution was discussed and the expression of infective reproductive number was obtained. It was proved that the disease-free periodic solution was globally attractive if the infective reproductive number is less than one.
