磁化水对水泥活性的影响因素及其相关性研究

Studies on the Influencing Factors and Its Reactivity of Magnetizing Water on Cement’s Activity

  • 摘要: 分析了目前在研究磁化水对混凝土的增强作用时所用方法的缺陷,提出了用"活性系数"定量检测磁化水对水泥活性影响的研究思路和方法.首次考虑了磁化路径的长度对水的磁化效果的影响,用正交试验的方法研究了不同因素对水泥活性的影响,并考虑了各因素之间的交互作用,分析了各影响因素的相关性,找出了最佳水平搭配.为研究磁化水对混凝土的增强作用,提供了一种更直接、更快捷和更科学的方法

     

    Abstract: The defects of the present methods in researching the function using magnetizing water to strengthen concrete were analyzed and then the method to quantitatively detect the influences of magnetizing water on cement’s vigor by using “activity coefficient” was presented. The influence of the length of magnetization path on the result of magnetizing water was considered for the first time, and the influence of different factor on cement’s vigor was investigated through the orthogonal experiment. Besides, the interaction effects of the factors was considered and the factors relativity was analyzed, and further the optimum matching programs was found. The results showed that the given method is more scientific, more convenient and more direct, and can be used in investigating the strengthen function of magnetizing water on the cement concrete
