超声波辅助粉煤灰/淀粉吸水保水材料的制备及性能

Ultrasonic Assisted Preparation of Fly Ash/Starch Water Absorbing-retention Composite and Its Properties

  • 摘要: 利用超声波辅助合成粉煤灰/淀粉吸水保水复合材料,考察了粉煤灰、淀粉、交联剂、引发剂及中和度等因素对复合材料吸水倍率的影响,用X-射线衍射及红外光谱分析样品的微观结构.结果表明:粉煤灰、淀粉与丙烯酸交联聚合良好.当粉煤灰、淀粉、交联剂和引发剂用量分别为丙烯酸单体质量的10%、5%、0.11%和0.20%,中和度为80%,反应温度为80℃时,复合材料吸自来水倍率达571.6 g/g,吸NaCl水溶液倍率达74.5 g/g

     

    Abstract: The water absorbing-retention composite of flyash/starch was prepared by ultrasonic assisted. The influence factors to the absorbancy, which included fly ash, starch, crosslinker, initiator and degree of neutralization, were investigated. The structure of the samples was characterized by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscope. The results showed that there are strong chemical interactions of ionic crosslinking polymerization between fly ash, starch and acrylic. When the amount of fly ash, starch, crosslinker and initiator, accounting for 10%, 5%, 0.11%, 0.20% of the monomer mass, the neutralization degree is 80%,the reaction temperature is 80 ℃,the absorbancy of the composite to tap water and 0.9%NaCl solution is 571.6 g/g and 74.5 g/g respectively
