基质对周丛生物的影响研究进展

The Study Research Progress in the Influence of Matrix on Periphyton

  • 摘要: 基质被认为是周丛生物变异的主要来源之一.基质在自然水体中多样性造成周丛微生境的多样性.不同天然基质上的周丛群落对水体营养变化的反应存在基质依赖现象,造成生产力贡献的差异.人工基质可统一放置时间、基质材料、结构以及尺寸,从而简化影响因子,用在分析营养、光和其他因子效应的周丛生物受控实验中.利用30篇文献综述了天然基质的多样性及其对周丛生物的影响,比较了不同人工基质在周丛生物研究中的作用,展望了人工基质的应用前景.

     

    Abstract: Substrate is considered as one of the main sources of biological variation in periphyton. The diversity of the substrates contribute heterogeneity to the micro-habitat of periphyton. The periphyton responses to water-body nutrition changes depend on natural substrate  to some extent, and the dependence can caused varied contributions of periphytic productivity. On the other hand, artificial substrates can be used in studies, with unified incubation time, material, structure and size so as to simplify the impact factor. Thus artificial substrate is available in the discuss on the effects of nutrition, light and other factors. The diversity of natural substrates and their influences on periphyton were reviewed, the behaviors of different artificial substrates in periphytic studies were compared, and an outlook of artificial substrate application in future were given
