茶饼中茶皂素的提取和微量元素的测定

Extraction of saponin and determination of trace elements in camellia cake

  • 摘要: 茶饼经过浸提,可以提出茶皂素和残油,提取率分别为11 .0 % 和5 .0 % .然后经过发酵可制得蛋白饲料,对饲料中蛋白质和10 种微量元素进行了分析测定. 结果表明, 蛋白质含量为9 .68 % ,Mg 、Fe 、Ca 、Mn 、Zn 、Cu 元素含量较为丰富.

     

    Abstract: Saponin and residual oil can be extracted from camellia cake and recovery rate are 11.0% and 5.0%, respectively. Camellia cake can be further turned into protein forage by fermentation. Content of protein and ten trace elements in forage were determined. The results show that the forage contains 9.68% protein and higher amount of Mg,Ca,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu than other elements.
