Extraction of chlorophyll from silkworm excrement and preparation of sodium copper chlorophyll

  • 摘要: 研究了从蚕沙中提取叶绿素和制取叶绿素铜钠的方法，分析了叶绿素不稳定的原因，并对叶绿素铜钠的主要性能进行了表征．结果表明，丙酮对蚕沙的浸泡温度为３０ ～３５ ℃，硫酸铜溶液的浓度为１ ％ 较为适宜

     

    Abstract: The methods of extracting chlorophyll from silkworm excrement and preparing sodium copper chlorophyll were studied.The causes of unstability for chlorophyll were analysized and the properties of sodium copper chlorophyll were described.The results obtained show that the temperature suitable for soaking silkworm excrement with acetone is 30～35℃,and concentration CuSO 4 solation is 1%.
