三重氢键自组装体系的设计与应用

The Design and Application of Triple Hydrogen Bonded Systems

  • 摘要: 三重氢键超分子自组装体系具有较强的结合力、合成简单、结构易于修饰以及可预测的识别性能等优点,广泛应用于分子识别、催化、软物质材料、功能材料等领域.利用65篇文献综述了近年来三重氢键自组装体系的研究进展及其应用,重点介绍了各类三重氢键体系的设计思路及其稳定性影响因素.在此基础上,展望了未来三重氢键自组装体系的研究方向,主要包括设计合成能够在生理条件下稳定的三重氢键结合单元以及深化组装机理的研究.

     

    Abstract: Triple hydrogen bonded supramolecular self-assembly systems are widely used in the fields of molecular recognition, catalyst, soft materials and functional materials, due to their several advantages, such as strong binding power, simple synthesis, structure can be modified easily, predictable recognition performance, and so on. In this review, recent developments of triple hydrogen bonded systems are summarized and their application prospects are discussed with 65 references. More specifically, the design principles and the factors affecting the stability of triple hydrogen bonded systems are emphatically elaborated. Based on this, the research directions of triple hydrogen bonded supramolecular self-assembly systems in the future are prospected, including the design and synthesis of stable triple hydrogen-bonded units under physiological conditions and the further study of assembly mechanism.
