铜催化下苄胺与2-甲基喹啉化合物的需氧氧化烯化反应

Cu-Catalyzed Aerobic Oxidative Olefination of Benzyl Amines with 2-Methylquinolines

  • 摘要: 以廉价的铜试剂作为催化剂、以空气作为单一的氧化剂,发展了苄胺的需氧氧化新方法,用于高效、绿色制备烯基喹啉化合物,产率32%~80%.与文献方法相比,该方法催化体系简单易得、反应高效、副产物少,可以兼容MeO、NO2、F、Cl等一系列官能团.

     

    Abstract: Cu-catalyzed aerobic oxidative olefination of benzyl amines with 2-methylquinoline was developed for the green and efficient synthesis of 2-styrylquinolines with 32%~80% yields. This method requires air as the sole oxidant, cheap and easily-available CuI as the catalyst, and can tolerate various functional groups such as MeO, NO2, F, Cl etc.
