植物激素调控水稻冠根发育研究进展

Research Advances of Plant Hormone Regulating Crown Root Development in Rice

  • 摘要: 水稻(Oryza sativa L.)根系为须根系,主要由冠根构成.水稻冠根的生长活力与其耐旱、耐涝、耐盐能力以及地上株型、育性等密切相关.对水稻冠根的发生发育的详细过程和激素调控冠根发育的机制研究近况进行了综述,并对水稻冠根发育的研究前景进行了展望.

     

    Abstract: Crown roots are the main components of the fibrous root system in rice. The growing condition and activity of crown roots were closely related to rice plant type and fertility, as well as the rice capacity of tolerance to drought, waterlogging or salt alkali. The process of crown root formation and genetic mechanism of hormone regulated crown root development were summarized. Additionally, the prospects of researchment for rice crown root were discussed.
