基于JIT的装配式建筑FDC阶段供应链集成管理研究

Research on Integrated Construction Supply Chain Management of Prefabricated Construction based on JIT in FDC Stage

  • 摘要: 从分析装配式建筑的特点及发展现状入手,结合制造业的JIT (Just in time,准时制)理论和供应链理论,构建了基于JIT的装配式建筑供应链集成管理理论模型.重点针对FDC (Fabrication-Distribution-Construction,预制、配送、施工)阶段,构建了JIT模式下承包商和建筑构件供应商的最优订货供货模型,与传统的经济订货批量模型进行对比,推导出JIT模式下能够降低供应链总成本、减少承包商订货成本、改善现场施工环境、提高构件供应商利润的参数适用条件,并结合实际案例进行验证.最后对单一的一对一供应链进行优化和改善,建立一个构件供应商对多个承包商的供应链管理理论模型,并分析了进一步优化的潜在空间.

     

    Abstract: The theory model of integrated construction supply chain management was constructed based on JIT with the supply chain theory and JIT theory from the study of the characteristic and present situation of prefabricated construction. Especially to Fabrication-Distribution-Construction stage, optimal order-supply model based on JIT was constructed. Compared with the traditional economic order quantity model, it deduced the applicable condition of parameter that can reduce the total cost of supply chain, reduce the order cost of contractor, improve the site condition and increase the profits of component vendor. Then it was verified by practical case. At last, the theory model of supply chain management was given based on a component vendor to multiple contractors by improving and optimizing of the single one-one supply chain, and the potential space that can be further optimized was also analyzed.
