单分散银纳米粒子的制备与表征

Synthesis and Characterion of Monodisperse Silver Nanoparticles

  • 摘要: 以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为保护剂、水合肼为还原剂、硝酸银溶液为银源,采用化学还原法合成了粒径分布均匀的单分散的纳米银粒子.利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外分光光度计(UV-vis)、X射线衍射(XRD)、马尔文粒径分析仪等测试设备对样品进行了深入的研究与分析.结果表明:所得到的纳米银粒径较小,分布较为均匀;硝酸银浓度、PVP用量、水合肼用量等对纳米银的粒径与形貌影响较大.当硝酸银浓度为150 mg/L,PVP用量为0.2 g,水合肼用量为0.1 g时,所得到纳米银的粒径最小.

     

    Abstract: Monodispersed silver nanoparticles were obtained by a simple route in water with PVP as the capping agents, hydrazine hydrate as the reducing agents, silver nitrate solution as the silver source. The characteriztion of as-synthesized silver nanoparticles were studied by the transmission electron microscopy, UV-vis spectuam, X-ray powder diffraction and laser particle size analyzer. The results indicated that the obtained silver nanoparticles were small with the narrowly distribution. The concentration of silver nitrate, the consumption of PVP and hydrazine hydrate played the important roles in the size and morphology of silver nanoparticles. Smallest silver naopartilces were obtained when the consumption of PVP and hydrazine hydrate was 0.2 g and 0.1 g,respectively, and the concentration of silver nitrate was 150 mg/L.
