信阳草莓果栖真菌及其多样性研究

Studies on The Fruit Fungi and Their Diversity of Fragaria ananassa in Xinyang

  • 摘要: 通过取样、组织分离、培养与鉴定,对信阳草莓果栖真菌种类、形态、分布及多样性进行了研究.结果表明,草莓果栖真菌种类丰富,有真菌6科、9属、12种.多数为半知菌,少数为接合菌,其中,葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea)、泡盛曲霉(Aspergillus awamori)、枝孢菌1(Cladosporium sp.1)是草莓果栖真菌优势种.草莓果栖真菌广泛分布于果实各种组织,总定殖率为85.9%,在果实外部组织定殖率最高,达92.4%.

     

    Abstract: The species, distribution, morphology and diversity of fungi in Fragaria ananassa fruits were studied by sampling, tissue isolation, culture and identification. As a result, the fruit fungi of Fragaria ananassa were rich in biological diversity, and total of 12 species in 9 geaera belonging to 6 families of fungi were obtained. Among them, the most fungi of them were belonging to Deuteromycete and few were Zygomycete. The Botrytis cinerea, Aspergillus awamori and Cladosporium sp.1 were dominant species of fungi from Fragaria ananassa fruit. It was also showed that the fungi of Fragaria ananassa fruits are widely distributed in various tissues.Their total colonization rate was 85.9%. The fungus colonization rate in out tissues of the fruits was highest and it was 92.4%.
