基于还原型石墨烯/四氧化三铁磁固相萃取检测食品中的亮蓝和苋菜红

Determination of Bright Blue FCF and Amaranth in Food Samples by Magnetic Solid-Phase Extraction Using Reduced Graphene Oxide/Fe3O4

  • 摘要: 采用紫外-可见分光光度法,以还原型石墨烯/四氧化三铁磁性材料作为磁固相萃取食品中合成色素的吸附剂,建立了一种测定饮料、酒、糖果和果冻中的亮蓝和苋菜红的分析方法.在优化条件下,亮蓝和苋菜红的含量与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9994和0.9998,线性范围分别为0.6~60 μg/L和3~250 μg/L,检出限分别为0.012 μg/L和0.05 μg/L,样品的加标回收率为92.19%~98.30%.结果表明,该方法可以成功地应用于食品样品中的亮蓝和苋菜红的测定.

     

    Abstract: A new method was developed for sensitive and selective determination of bright blue FCF and amaranth in soft drinks, wines, sweets, and jellies by UV-visible spectroscopy. Reduced graphene oxide/magnetite composites were used as adsorbents for the magnetic solid-phase extraction of the sided colorants in food samples. Under optimal conditions, a good linear relationship existed between the absorbance value and the concentration of bright blue FCF (amaranth), with a correlation coefficient of 0.9994 (0.9998), linear range of 0.6~60 μg/L (3~250 μg/L), and detection limit of 0.012 μg/L (0.05 μg/L). The spiked recovery rates of the samples were in the range of 92.19%~98.30%. Experimental results indicated that the proposed method was successfully applied to the analysis of bright blue FCF and amaranth in the food samples.
