Abstract: The current situation of the development of private sports enterprises in Henan province was studied with literature data, field survey, data analysis and other methods.The problems were discovered such as small scale, financing difficulties, low efficiency, lacking of management talents.The perfect industry development policy, optimized development environment of private investment, private sports industry optimization path of the investment and financing mode of innovation were put forward in order to provide the beneficial reference for scientific planning policies and measuring private sports industry,improve Henan private enterprise scale and quality of sports industry，and promote the healthy and orderly development of sports industry.
