  • 摘要: 对国内外烟草中糖苷类潜香物质的研究现状进行综述, 概述了其制备、 香味释放和加香应用 . 通过文献比对发现, 今后应对烟草中糖苷类物质相转移催化法合成制备、 控制裂解温度及香味协同以及加香评吸安全性加强研究 .

     

    Abstract: The preparation, aroma release and application of glycosidically flavor precursors were summarized. It was suggested that more emphasis should be put on the preparation by PTC,controling the pyrolysis temperature and the synergy between the glycoside and aroma,and the security.It provides the theory basis for the research direction in the future
