渡口河特大桥成桥的静、 动力荷载试验分析

Static and Dynamic Loading Tests Analysis of Dukouhe Bridge

  • 摘要: 渡口河特大桥曾经是世界桥梁中桥墩最高的一座客货两用的铁路桥 . 为了验证设计理论的正确性、 检验整体工程质量、 评估行车系统的安全性,大桥在开通前进行了静、 动载试验 . 试验对象为主桥 7 2m+1 2 8m+7 2m 连续刚构桥, 宜昌端半跨结构 . 根据该桥结构, 试验内容包括桥梁变位、 主要构件受力状况及桥梁的自振特性; 在各种车速和列车紧急制动时桥梁主要测点振幅、 位移以及加速度等静、 动力特性 . 试验结果表明, 该桥设计理论正确,桥梁制造及施工质量优良,桥梁的工作状态符合设计要求 . 本试验对今后大桥安全运营提供了必要的技术参数,也为今后更大跨度、 更复杂的桥梁结构的静动力特性研究积累了重要的技术资料 .

     

    Abstract: Dukouhe Bridge is a goods and passenger railway bridge whose piers was once highest in the word. In order to verify the correctness of the design theory, and to provide the scientific evidence for the acceptance of this bridge, the static and dynamic loading tests were made. The testing subject was 72 m+128 m+72 m continuous steel structures of a half span structure in Yi-Chang port. Based on the structure of Dukouhe crossing bridge, the testing contents contained the deformation of the bridge; the stress state of the primary members; the natural frequency; the displacement, acceleration and the amplitude of the bridge under the different velocities and the emergency braking. The test results showed that: the design theory was right, the quality of the bridge manufacture and construction was good and the working state of the bridge satisfied the design demands. The test provided some technological parameters for the safe operation later, and accumulated some important technological materials of the static and dynamic characters of the bigger spacing and more complicated bridges
