基于平行因子法分析湖泊沉积物间隙水中D OM 的三维荧光光谱

The Analysis for 3-D fluorescence Spectra of Dissolve Organic Matter in Lakes’ Sediment Pore Water Based on Parallel Factor Method

  • 摘要: 采用平行因子法对湖北省内 3 1 个湖泊沉积物间隙水 D OM 的三维荧光光谱进行分析, 并对 D OM荧光组分进行了聚类分析, 以研究湖泊沉积物间隙水 D OM 是否有按流域聚类现象 . 结果表明: ( 1 ) 所有样品荧光光谱形状及峰位置基本相似, 主要为类腐殖质荧光峰和类蛋白荧光峰, 但是荧光峰的位置存在偏移和重叠现象; (2 ) 用平行因子法将荧光光谱分成 5 个独立的成分, 分别为类富里酸、 类胡敏酸、 类色氨酸和类酪氨酸, 以及受类酪氨酸和类富里酸之间相互作用影响而被分离出来的另一种类富里酸; (3 ) 荧光成分相对含量分析中, 类富里酸总含量高于类胡敏酸和类蛋白, 成为所研究湖泊沉积物中较为活跃的有机酸; (4 ) 从聚类结果看, 湖北省内湖泊沉积物间隙水中的 D OM 荧光组分差异不明显, 只存在小范围的流域差异性 .

     

    Abstract: Parallel factor method were used to analyze fluorescence excitation-emission matrix spectra of dissolve organic matter which was from 31 lakes’ sediment pore water in Hubei province, and the clustering analysis was carried out on the fluorescence components to investigate its lake basins’ clustering phenomenon. The results showed that: (1) The fluorescence spectra of all the samples had a similar shape and peak position, the main fluorescence peaks were humic-like substance and protein-like substance. But we saw that the migrating and overlapping phenomenon existed in the fluorescence peak positions. (2) The fluorescence spectra was divided into five independent, they were fulvic-, humic-, tryptophan- and tyrosine-like acid, and another fulvic-like acid separated because of the interactions between the tyrosine-like and fulvic-like components,respectively. (3) In the analysis for relative content of fluorescence components, like acid, whose total content was higher than that of humic- and protein-like substance, was more active organic acid in the studied lakes’ sediment. (4) From the clustering results, the difference between the fluorescence components of DOM in lakes’ sediment pore water was not obvious; there were only small differences between the lake basins
