基尼系数估算数学模型的选择及计算机程序实现

Choice and Computer Program of Mathematic Model of Gini Coefficient Estimation

  • 摘要: 通过建立 4 种不同题设条件下的数学模型, 提高了基尼系数估算的准确率. 通过模拟洛伦兹曲线, 且针对不同的数学模型设计程序, 实现基尼系数估算自动化. 作为例证, 详细分析了河南省 2003—2012 连续 10 年城镇居民收入差距状况, 进而为河南省各级政府管理、 决策部门科学判断城镇居民收入分配差距状况、调整收入分配政策和宏观经济政策提供数据和智力支持.

     

    Abstract: Four mathematic models were established under different premises to enhance the accuracy of Gini coefficient estimation. The estimation of Gini coefficient was performed by designing computer programs for different mathematic models with the help of simulation of Lorenz curve. As an example, the income gaps of urban residents in Henan province from 2003 to 2012 were analyzed in details, and  the results can offer the intellectual and statistic support for government administration and the decision-making sections to measure the income gaps and to adjust the distribution policy and macroeconomic policy
