不等厚构件的超声波脱粘检测技术研究

of the Unequally Thick Segment

  • 摘要: 以固体火箭发动机筒体不等厚段为研究对象,采用聚焦探头对不等厚段进行检测,研究了固体火箭发动机筒体不等厚段粘接结构的脱粘超声检测及其信号处理技术.根据获取脱粘和粘好两种状态下回波信号特征,采用了等厚量化和带阻滤波相结合的方法对回波信号进行处理,获得了清晰的脱粘图像.结果表明,基于上述的检测手段和信号处理方法,可以实现不等厚构件的快速准确检测.

     

    Abstract: The unequally thick segment was regarded as research objects. The focused probe was employed for testing the unequally thick segment. The ultrasonic testing and signal processing of adhesive structure of the unequally thick segment were mainly studied. According to the feature of the bonding and debonding signal, the method of equal thick magnitude combined with bandpass filter was used for processing echo signal, the clear debonding figure was obtained at last. The ultrasonic testing system and signal processing method based on the above technique could fleetly and accurately test the unequally thick segment.
