复合微生物对制药厂废水的净化作用

The Purification Effect of Compound Micoorganisms on Pharmaceutical Wastewater

  • 摘要: 利用3种微生物及其复合微生物制剂对5组制药废水进行处理.在20 L制药污废水中分别加入1.2 L光合细菌(7.8×1010cell·L-1)、枯草芽孢杆菌(8×108cell·L-1)、反硝化细菌(7.8×109cell·L-1)和它们的复合制剂(三种微生物各0.4 L)进行处理,时间为14 d.实验结果表明:复合微生物处理效果远高于单一微生物处理.经过复合细菌处理的制药污废水中TN下降92.5%,CODcr下降79.5%,色度降低了74.5%,pH值下降了2.5.结果显示复合微生物对制药污废水有明显的净化作用

     

    Abstract: Wastewater were improved by 3 species microorganisms in 5 water tank. 20 L wastewater were treated with Rhodospirillum(1.2 L 9×1010cells.mL-1), Bacillus subtilis(1.2 L 8×108cell·L-1), Pseudomonas mendocina(1.2 L 7.8×109cell·L-1), and the compound of this microorganisms(each: 0.4 L). Through 14 d, the wastewater decontaminate rate treated with compound microorganisms were better than the results of treated with single species microorganism.The TN content reduced 92. 5%, the CODcr concentration of wastewater decontaminate rate were 79.5%,  chromaticity declined to 74.5%,pH value reduced 1.5. The results showed that the wastewater quality of pharmaceutical factories could be improved by the compound microorganisms.
