聚谷氨酸/多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极测定扑热息痛

Determination of Acetaminophen based on Poly(glutamic acid)/Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode

  • 摘要: 将聚谷氨酸和多壁碳纳米管修饰到玻碳电极表面制成了一种新型的电化学传感器,用于扑热息痛测定.研究了扑热息痛在修饰电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,在0.1 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液中(pH7.0),修饰电极显著提高了扑热息痛电化学响应信号.在2.0×10-7~6.0×10-5mol/L浓度范围内扑热息痛的浓度在该电极上与电化学响应信号呈良好的线性关系.信噪比为3时,检出限为2.0×10-8mol/L.将该方法用于药品中扑热息痛的测定,回收率为92.4%~103.1%

     

    Abstract: A novel electrochemical sensor was fabricated for acetaminophen determination based on poly(glutamic acid)/multiwalled carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode. The electrochemical behaviors of acetaminophen on the modified electrode were investigated. The experimental results showed that the electrochemical respond of acetaminophen at the modified electrode was significantly improved in phosphate buffer solutions (pH 7.0). Thconcentration of acetaminophen showed good linear relationships with the peak current in the range of 2.0×10-7~6.0×10-5mol/L. The limit of detection was 2.0×10-8 mol/L (RSN= 3). The method was used to detect acetaminophen in drugs with recoveries of 92.4%~103.1%
