乙醇对柴油机燃油系统橡胶和塑料的腐蚀特性分析

Corrosive Property of Ethanol to the Rubber and Plastics in Fuel System of Diesel Engine

  • 摘要: 采用浸泡的方法,研究了丁腈橡胶燃油管和聚四氟乙烯塑料在乙醇和0#柴油中常温浸泡672 h后的腐蚀溶胀性的变化.利用扫描电子显微镜分析丁腈橡胶管道内表面和聚四氟乙烯表面的微观变化.结果表明:常温672 h浸泡后,橡胶和塑料中的一部分物质进入到乙醇溶液中;乙醇对橡胶和塑料有极性力的作用,乙醇浸泡后的丁腈橡胶燃油管出现了喷霜现象,随时间的增加喷霜效果明显,乙醇浸泡后的聚四氟乙烯塑料表面颜色变浅;结合微观结构说明乙醇对柴油机燃油系统的橡胶和塑料都产生了腐蚀,现阶段柴油机燃油系统还不能长期使用乙醇

     

    Abstract: By using immersion method, the corrosion and swelling of the NBR and PTFE plastic fuel pipe were investigated with ethanol and 0# diesel soaked for 672 h under normal temperature. The nitrile rubber Teflon pipe inner surface and the microscopic changes of the NBR and PTFE plastic fuel pipe were analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy .The test results showed that: after soaking 672 h at room temperature, part of the substances of rubber and plastic were dissolved in ethanol solution; Ethanol have polarity effect on rubber and plastic, the surface of NBR fuel pipe in ethanol had a blooming phenomenon and the “blooming” effect is obvious increased with time. The surface color of Teflon surface becomes shallow after soaking in ethanol; The results showed that corrosion of rubber and plastics occurred on diesel engine fuel system with ethanol, according to the microstructure, diesel engine fuel system cannot be used with ethanol for long term at present stage.
