两种酸性膨润土的制备及其催化羟醛缩合反应性能比较

  • 摘要: 以膨润土为载体固载浓硫酸、浓磷酸,制备了两种固体酸,产物经IR表征,并用酸碱滴定法测定了酸的含量.将其用于催化环己酮与芳醛的羟醛缩合反应,分别得到5个相应的α,β不饱和羰基化合物.结果表明,该反应条件简单,反应时间短(60~150 min),产率高(73.5%~88.2%),催化剂用量少(0.4 g),是合成该类化合物的有效途径.

     

    Abstract: Two kinds of solid acid were prepared by using bentonite as carrier to adsorb concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid, which were characterized by IR, and the amount of acids adsorb by bentonite were determined by acidbase titration. The crossaldol condensation was carried out in the presence of the acidic bentonites and afford 5 corresponding α, βunsaturated ketones. The results showed that this method provides an effective way to afford this kind of compounds, with several advantages such as simple workup procedure, less amount of catalyst (0.4 g), high yield (73.5%~88.2%), shorter reaction time (60~150 min).
