有机胺改性膨润土对二氧化碳气体的吸附性能研究

Studies of Carbon Dioxide Capture by Organic Amine Modified Bentonite

  • 摘要: 通过物理浸渍法利用有机胺(聚乙烯亚胺)对膨润土进行改性,然后利用X射线衍射、N2吸附脱附实验、元素分析等手段对膨润土改性前后材料的物理化学属性进行表征,最后考察了材料对CO2气体的吸附性能.结果表明,利用有机胺对膨润土进行改性后,材料对CO2气体的吸附量明显增加(从6 mg/g增至47 mg/g),且在循环使用中材料的稳定性良好

     

    Abstract: Bentonite was modified by an organic amine (polyethylenimine) through a physical impregnation method. Physical and chemical properties of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorptiondesorption measurement, and elemental analysis. CO2 adsorption performances of samples were finally investigated. It was demonstrated that CO2 adsorption capacity of bentonite was significantly improved after amine modification from 6 mg/g to 47 mg/g. Furthermore, the aminemodified bentonite was very stable in the cyclic CO2 adsorptiondesorption experiments.
