双模式发光Er/Ho稀土纳米粒子的合成

Preparation of Dual Mode Luminescent Er/Ho Nanoparticles

  • 摘要: 设计合成了含有萘酰亚胺的二芳乙烯衍生物,并以化学键的方式成功地将二芳乙烯衍生物嫁接到水溶性上转换Er/Ho稀土纳米粒子的氨基上.通过纳米粒子在溶液态的光谱实验证明了通过此方法制备的纳米粒子具有良好的双模式发光性质,并具有光开关功能.在365 nm的光照后,荧光淬灭;再通过980 nm激光照射可以重新点亮.这一研究将为纳米粒子在生物成像中的实时跟踪监测奠定理论基础

     

    Abstract: Diarylethene derivatives containing naphthalene imide was designed and synthesized. The diarylethene derivatives was successfully grafted onto the amino group of the watersoluble upconversion Er/Ho nanoparticles in the form of chemical bonding. The emission spectrum experiment of nanoparticles in solution states proved that the nanoparticles prepared by this method has a good dual mode luminescence properties and  the function of optical switch. After irradiation under the light of 365 nm, the fluorescence was quenched. The nanoparticles were lighted up again through the irradiation of 980 nm laser. The resultes obtained could provide the theoretical foundation for nanoparticles in tracking and monitoring in biological imaging.
