微波辅助酸改性粉煤灰对活性艳红的吸附性能研究

Treatment of Reactive Brilliant Red with Microwave-assisted Acid Modified Fly-ash

  • 摘要: 以浓盐酸为改性剂,微波辅助制备酸改性粉煤灰,利用SEM、FTIR对其结构进行表征,利用分光光度法研究其对活性艳红的吸附性能.结果表明:盐酸用量为4 mL/g、微波功率为400 W、微波时间为10 min时,制得的酸改性粉煤灰做吸附剂,常温下,当吸附剂用量为26 g/L、废水pH为9、吸附时间为60 min时,活性艳红脱色率达96.6%以上

     

    Abstract: Acid modified fly ash was prepared through microwave-assisted with hydrochloric acid. Its microstructure was  characterized by SEM and FTIR,and its adsorption performance to reactive brilliant red was determinated by spectrophotometry.The results showed that acid modified fly can be used as adsorbent obtained under the dosage of hydrochloric acid 4 mL/g,microwave power 400 W,modification time 10 min,and its decolorization rate to reactive brilliant red reached over 96.6%,when the mass of adsorbent was 26 g/L,waste water pH was 9,adsorption time was 60 min
