    Abstract: The principles,advantages,and extraction conditions of solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography were discussed.The applications of solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography in the volatile components analysis of natural products,such as fruit and vegetable,flavor,food,and Chinese herbal medicine,were reviewed with 47 references.
