中草药对异育银鲫消化率影响的研究

The effect of dietary Chinese herb additives on digestibility of allogynogenetic crucian carp

  • 摘要: 以山楂、麦芽等中草药为原料,设计配方 和 ,在基础饲料中分别添加0.5%、1%、2%,并投喂异育银鲫(体重2g左右),2个月后,测定消化率.结果表明,异育银鲫的蛋白质消化率、脂肪消化率极显著地提高(P0.01),碳水化合物消化率显著地提高(P0.05),其中,中草药添加剂对蛋白质消化率的影响最为明显,脂肪次之,对碳水化合物消化率的影响较小.

     

    Abstract: The additive Ⅰand additive Ⅱ were made of hawthorn, wheat germ and other Chinese herbs. Allogynogenetic crucian carp(body weight about 2 g) were fed by formulated diet which been added with the additives at different contents of 0.5%,1% and 2%,respectively. Digestibility were determined in two month. The results show that Chinese herb addieives very significantly increased protein digestibility,fat digestibility (P0.01), and significantly increased carbohydrate digestibility of allogynogenetic crucian carp...
