Catalytic polarographic determinnation of trace amounts of nitrite

  • 摘要: 在硫酸介质中,痕量亚硝酸根对溴酸钾氧化甲基橙的反应有极强的催化作用,而甲基橙在电极上产生灵敏的极谱吸附波.以极谱法测定催化反应过程中甲基橙浓度的变化,建立了催化动力学极谱法测定痕量亚硝酸根的方法.在选定最佳实验条件下,方法的线性范围是0.0052~0.5336 mg/L.

     

    Abstract: In a dilute sulfuric acid medium,trace amounts of NO_2~- ion show strong catalytic effect on the oxidation reaction between methyl orange and potassium bromate.Furthermore,methyl orange exhibits a sensitve polarographic wave at -0.59 V(VS.SCE).The kinetic polarographic determination method of trace amount of NO_2~- was established based on the change of methyl orange concentration in the catolytic reaction.The detection limit and the linear range of NO_2~- are 0.002 72 mg/L and 0.005 2~0.533 6 mg/ L,repecti...
