An application of ANSYS software in plastic deformation

  • 摘要: 利用ANSYS软件对缩径成形进行了三维有限元数值模拟,得到了应力、应变的分布情况.模拟结果与实际工艺相符合.

     

    Abstract: According to real technology conditions, a 3D FEM model of neck-spinning is established and the spinning process is simulated by using ANSYS software. The distribution of stress and strain is analyzed. The simulation corresponds well with the real technology.
