Advances in studies on molecular biology and physiological action of selenoproteins

  • 摘要: 在硒蛋白特别是硒酶的活性中心发现含有硒半胱氨酸 ,说明硒对硒蛋白的结构和硒酶的活性有着重要意义 .研究发现 ,硒半胱氨酸是参入到蛋白质分子中的第 2 1种氨基酸 ,硒是唯一受基因调控的微量元素 .本文对硒蛋白分子生物学及其生理功能研究进展进行综述

     

    Abstract: As selenocysteine,the 21st aminoacid,is a component of selenoproteins and has been founded in the active center of selenoenzymes,selenium has structural and enzymatic actions.Incorporation of selenocysteine occurs on the basis of genetic expression and selenium is the only trace element under direct genetic control.The development in studies on molecular biology and physiological action of selenoproteins was reviewed.
