紫外分光光度法测定白酒中糠醛的含量

Determination the amount of furaldehyde in alcoholic beverage with ultraviolet spectrophotometry

  • 摘要: 利用 Cintra1 0型紫外可见光谱仪对白酒中的糠醛进行了定量测定 ,研究了酒体共存组份对紫外线吸收光谱的影响 ,结果表明 ,在λmax=2 72 nm处 ,可以利用紫外分光光度法对白酒中糠醛进行了快速测定 .

     

    Abstract: The amount of furaldehyde in alcoholic beverage were deternined quantitatively with cintra10 ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.The influence of coexistent components on the ultroviolet spectrum were studied.The results show that rapid determination of the amount of furaldehyde in alcoholic beverage by using this method at λ max=272 nm is feasible.
