The Research Status of CNTS Growth Mechanism and the Exploration of Its Solid-liquid Interface Growt

  • 摘要: 分析讨论了电弧法、激光蒸发法、CVD法制备碳纳米管的生长模型,结合催化剂的熔点,尝试性提出了CVD法制备碳纳米管的固-液界面生长模型.

     

    Abstract: The growth models of carbon nanotubes(CNTS) prepared with arc,laser evaporation,CVD have been analyzed and discussed in this paper.The solid-liquid interface growth model of carbon nanotube prepared with CVD has been proposed by the melting point of catalyst.
