Research Progress of RNA Interence in Plants

  • 摘要: RNA干扰是21世纪的研究热点之一,该技术目前已经在植物的基因组功能分析、抗病性的研究以及生长发育的调控等方面得到应用.对RNA干扰机理、生物意义及其在植物上的应用进行扼要综述,探讨RNA干扰存在的问题,并展望其发展和应用前景.

     

    Abstract: RNAi has become one of the hotspots of scientific research in 21st century.It has been widely used to investigate gene functions,the abilility of diseases resistance and the regulation and control of growth and development.In this paper,the mechanism and significance of RNAi and its application in plant were summarized with 33 references.The problems of RNAi were discussed,and the future of RNAi in plant was prospected.
