Analysis of Silicon,Aluminum and Titanium in Perlite

  • 摘要: 根据珍珠岩矿所含成分建立了测定Si、Al、Ti含量的分析方法.样品在650℃下用氢氧化钠熔融,盐酸浸出,用动物胶凝聚重量法测定Si含量,氟化钠置换EDTA滴定法测定Al含量,过氧化氢光度法测定Ti含量.该方法用于珍珠岩矿中Si、Al、Ti元素的测定,相对标准偏差分别为0.56%0.74%、1.08%1.13%和1.92%2.02%.结果准确可靠,能满足化学分析的要求和产品质量控制的需要.

     

    Abstract: The analysis method of silicon,aluminum and titanium in perlite was established based on its composition.The sample was melted with sodium hydroxide at 650 ℃ and soaked out by hydrochloric acid.Then the silicon was determined by gravimetric method using animal glue for fast agglomerating silicon acid,the aluminum determined by titration with EDTA replaced by sodium fluoride,the titanium determined by spectrophotometry with hydrogen peroxide.The method had been applied to the determination of silicon,aluminum and titanium in perlite with the relative standard deviation of 0.56%0.74%,1.08%1.13% and 1.92%2.02%,respectively.The proposed method was proved to be convenient.The results obtained were accurate and able to satisfy the request of chemistry analysis and the need of quality control.
