真空渗入对菜薹叶表面扫描结构的影响

Effects of vacuum infiltration treatment on leaf surface structure in Brassica campestris

  • 摘要: 利用扫描电镜研究了真空渗入处理对菜薹 (Brassicacampestris)叶片表面结构的影响 结果表明 ,在吸力为 14 4m3 h的真空泵下断续处理 1min +30s后 ,菜薹叶片形成不规则水浸状斑 ,顶端幼叶完全水浸状 ,同时叶片外部形态发生显著变化 与对照相比 ,叶片未形成水浸状部分气孔处于关闭或半关闭状态 ,气孔形状则由长梭形变为细长形 ;水浸状部分气孔处于过度开放状态 ,呈近圆形 ,局部叶表面蜡质、脂质等疏水结构破坏 ,呈碎斑状分散于叶片表面

     

    Abstract: The effects of vacuum infiltration treatment on leaf surface structure were studied with scanning eletronic microscope in Brassica campestris.The results showed that there are emerged anomocytic water dipped scars in the mature leaves and completely water dipped in the younger leaves, the exomorphdogy showed dramatic change when the time of vacuum infiltration lasted for 1min+30 s.The stomatas in the non water dipped parts keep closed or semiclosed and shapes from long shuttle form to long and thin;the ...
