季铵盐改性粉煤灰对有机磷废水的吸附性能

Adsorption Property of Fly Ash Modified by Quaternary Ammonium Salt on Organophosphorus

  • 摘要: 常温下,用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为改性剂制得改性粉煤灰,以此作为有机磷废水的吸附剂,用分光光度法分析改性粉煤灰对有机磷的吸附性能,并通过XRD和IR对其结构进行表征.结果表明:改性时,粉煤灰与改性剂质量比为10∶1;吸附时,当改性粉煤灰用量为30 g/L、溶液的pH为8、振荡时间为30min、吸附温度在30℃时,磷的吸附率可以达到97.7%.

     

    Abstract: The fly ash absorbent was modified and prepared by cetyl tri-methyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB).The prepared absorbent was used to adsorb the waste water containing phosphatewaste.The adsorption performance of the absorbent was analyzed by the spectrophoophotometric method and structure of the absorbent was characterized by XRD and IR.The results showed that the removal rate of phosphate could reach 97.7%when the mass ration of fly ash to CTMAB was 10∶ 1,absorbent concentration of 30 g/L,at pH 8,ads..
