  • 摘要: 为能够合理地解决交巡警服务平台设置与调度问题,根据交巡警服务平台和路口节点的离散分布和交巡警服务所要求的时间紧迫性和高效性特点,以离散点选址问题中的覆盖模型为基础,初步划分分配范围,再运用二次规划,建立具有非线性目标函数的非标准指派模型,并通过Matlab、Lingo软件求解,验证所提方法的有效性和可行性
