珍珠岩的表面改性及吸附性能研究

Study on Adsorbing 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine by Surface Modified Perlite

  • 摘要: 以珍珠岩尾砂为原料,3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)为改性剂对其表面进行修饰改性.研究其改性及吸附条件对2,4-二硝基苯肼去除率的影响.结果表明:改性后珍珠岩对2,4-二硝基苯肼的吸附能力是原来的2倍,去除率可达84%以上.

     

    Abstract: With the perlite ore tailings as matrix, the surface of perlite was modified with silane coupling agents. It was shown that the SiOH exists on the surface of modified perlite. The adsorption test of the surface modified perlite was done for 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine. The research results indicate that the adsorption effect is obviously superior to the perlite ore tailings and the removal rate can reach above 84%
