Abstract: Among the numerous networks,one important network is to connect the autonomous data base system which is highly independent.But the independence of autonomous system brings some troubles to the network.The information inquiry system based upon this has many troubles,too.The structure of the system is analyzed in the paper and an information-conversion-based structure is presented.
