青霉素对木耳菌丝生长的影响

Effects of penicillin on the growth of Auricularia auricula Hyphae

摘要

摘要: 应用液体培养的方法，探讨了青霉素对木耳菌丝生长的影响．结果表明：在１００ｍｌ培养基中加入１－２８ ×１０３～６．４０ ×１０３Ｕ／ｍｌ的青霉素溶液１ｍｌ，对木耳菌丝生长具有显著促进作用，并且对细菌污染具有一定的预防效果．

Abstract: The results showed that adding 1 ml1.28×10 6～6.40×10 6U/L penicillin solution to 100ml liquid medium promoted the growth of Auricula hyphae,and prevented bacterial pollution.
