Abstract: Based on a more detailed investigation and study of geoheritages in Tongbais Mountain,with reference to China's national geological park building technical requirements and work guidelines,geoheritages are classified according to characteristics and causes.The main features of various types and distribution was briefly discussed.A comprehensive evaluation of their scientific importance,the prospect of development and utilization was done.The heritages scenery in Tongbai mountain are abundant,comprehensive in types,typical and systematic in development.They are important geological evidence lefted in the evalution of north China plate and Yangtze plate and great significance to reveal the formation process of Tongbai mountain,but also a elegant aesthetic ornamental landscape.
