Abstract: In order to solve the problems rising in man development and regulate the behavior of man activities, this paper studies the power mechanism of the evolution in man-land system, which has important theoretical significance and practical value. Natural force and social force are the basic powers of the evolution in man-land system. The moveable laws of man-land aystem are controlled by coupling natural force with social force.
