Effects of pH upon the Survival Rate of Glochidia of Anodonta euscophys

  • 摘要: 取舟形无齿蚌成熟钩介幼虫暴露于一系列pH(3.0~12.0)中6 d,每隔24 h检测不同pH对其存活率的影响.结果表明:钩介幼虫适合在中性及弱碱性条件下生存.在同一时间内,pH7.0中的钩介幼虫存活率最高,暴露5 d后存活率仍达70%.pH越低或越高钩介幼虫存活率下降越大.当pH≤3或≥11时钩介幼虫在1 d内全部死亡.暴露2 d后,pH3.5中钩介幼虫的存活率为0.暴露3 d后,pH4.0中钩介幼虫的存活率约为20%,pH10.0中小于30%.在同一大小的pH中,钩介幼虫存活率随时间的延长而降低.

     

    Abstract: The mature glochidia of Anodonta euscophys were exposed to a series of pH(3.0~12.0) during six days.The sample was observed every twenty-four hour. The results showed that the glochidia were adaptable to neutral and weak basic environment.The survival rate of glochidia exposed to pH7.0 was the highest during the same time,and 70% of samples still surived after 5 days at pH7.0 environment.Accordingly,the survivial rate decreasing with its condition deviating neutral.The survival rate of glochidia declined wi...
