Abstract: By using the calculated results from the population data of system of cities and towns in North Henan Province,an analysis of the fractal pattern of urban interaction and its degeneration is made on three sides:first ,geographic environment and conditions ;secondly,coordination of internal setup between cities and an urban system;thirdly,social and economic situations.
