胺基化磁性壳聚糖微球对甲基橙的吸附研究

The Study of Absorption Behavior on Methyl Orange by Aminated Magnetic Chitosan Microspheres

  • 摘要: 以壳聚糖为原料,通过反向悬浮聚合法制得磁性壳聚糖微球(M-CSm),再对其化学改性,制得胺基化磁性壳聚糖微球(NH2-M-CSm),用分光光度法分析其对甲基橙的吸附性能,并对吸附机理进行初步探讨.实验结果表明,该吸附剂对甲基橙的吸附受甲基橙的初始浓度、pH和温度等因素的影响.当吸附的pH在3.7左右,温度为303 K时,平衡去除率最大可达96.95%.另外对胺基化磁性壳聚糖微球的吸附脱附实验表明,在吸附、脱附3次后对甲基橙吸附率仍可以达到90%以上,可重复使用,再生性能好.

     

    Abstract: With chitosan as the raw material,a novel aminated magnetic chitosan microspheres were prepared from chitosan flake through inverse suspension cross-linking in the presence of magnetic particles,then hydroxylpropyl chloridization and amination.The adsorption to methyl orange was analyzed by spectrophotography and adsorption mechanism was briefly discussed.The result indicated that factors of initial concentration of methyl orange、pH value and temperature played an important role in adsorption.It was observe...
