电化学沉积法制备Co-Ni合金及其磁性能研究

Electrochemical Deposition and Magnetic Properties of Co-Ni Alloys

  • 摘要: 室温下,分别采用恒电位沉积法和脉冲电位沉积法制备面心立方fcc(Co)和密排六方hcp(Co)混晶Co-Ni合金材料,利用XRD、SEM、EDX等手段对其结构和组成进行表征,并利用振动样品磁强计研究其磁性能.结果表明:脉冲电位沉积法比恒电位沉积法更有利于具有致密织构的Co-Ni纳米晶合金的生成,同时有利于合金中Co含量的增大

     

    Abstract: Co-Ni alloys including face-centered-cubic(fcc) and hexagonal closed-packed(hcp) were produced by using potentiostatical electrodeposition and pulse voltage electrodeposition in a three-electrode cell at room temperature.The produced fcc and hcp Co-Ni alloys were characterized by XRD,SEM,and EDX.The magnetic properties of the alloys were detected by using a vibrating sample magnetometer.Compared with Co-Ni-1 produced by using potentiostatical electrodeposition,the Co-Ni alloys produced by using .
