火焰原子吸收法测定桂圆中微量元素的含量

Determination of trace elements in longans produced by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

  • 摘要: 用干式灰化法对桂圆进行灰化处理 ,将其残渣溶于 HNO3溶液中 ,用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定了桂圆中的 Cd、Co、Mn、Zn、Mg、Ca、Fe、Pb、Cu、Ni等 1 0种微量元素的含量 .实验表明 ,桂圆中 Ca、Mg、Fe和 Zn含量较丰富

     

    Abstract: Longan were ashed by drying-methed and the residues were dissolved by HNO_3.Ten trace elements including copper, zinc, iron, manganese, cobalt, mickel, calcium, magnesium, cadmium and lead in the solution were determined by flame atomic absorption sepectrophotometry. The results obtained show that longan contains higher amount of Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn than other elements.
