Study on the Structure and Properties of AM and HEMA Copolymer Hydrogel

  • 摘要: 以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,丙烯酰胺(AM)与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)进行本体共聚制备水凝胶材料,研究了水凝胶的结构与性能.结果表明,AM与HEMA共聚物链段上存在的侧基-CONH2之间形成氢键,增强了链段之间的相互作用力,导致AM链段成束,形成较粗的骨架网络;AM的含量越大,水分子越容易与大分子链形成氢键结合并迅速扩散,共聚物水凝胶的溶胀速度越快,过量溶胀现象越明显;其特征溶胀指数处于0.938~0.961之间,与松弛平衡扩散的特征指数n≥1相近,水分子扩散速率稍快于聚合物高分子链段的松弛速率.

     

    Abstract: Copolymer hydrogel of acrylamide(AM)and hydroxyethylmethacrylate(HEMA) were synthesized with benzoyl Peroxide(BPO)as initiator,the structure and properties of the hydrogel were studied.The results showed that hydrogen bond formed between side radicals-CONH_2 on the macromolecular chains,leading to bundle forms;with the content of AM in the copolymer hydrogel increasing,the swelling rate increased and excessively swelling appeared;the swelling index was between 0.938~0.961.It showed that the diffusion rate o...
